The sisters of Howard University Alumnae Unit (AB-8-5) are joining DC's oldest domestic violence shelter, My Sister's Place, for a day of service.

The Clothesline Project gives survivors of domestic violence an opportunity to tell their stories of abuse, despair, hope and empowerment.  These survivors express their feelings and experiences through their own art on t-shirts which are displayed on a clothesline held by victims, advocates and volunteers.
